Project Coordinator
Full-Time. £23-26k Basic, Bonus & Pension
Daylight work with Developers and Designers across the UK, supplying Architectural and Structural glazing packages for residential and commercial build projects. Working with Developers, Designers and Architects, we steer our clients through the maze of options that best suit their budget, specification and most importantly, their vision. We source from multiple Aluminium, Timber and PVC fabricators and work with work in partnership with them and their manufacturers to maximise opportunities with clients and deliver a complete end-to-end service.

Job Detail:
As part of our drive for scalable growth, this role has been created to better manage our existing business volumes and enable our business to meet our strategic growth. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will be key to improving our service standards and reducing risk within our business. Furthermore, the successful person will have the opportunity to develop their project management and people skills, support operational decision making and influence our improvement agenda.
Given our growth trajectory, we anticipate that the successful candidate will need to be open to hard work, continuous learning and be driven to make significant contributions to our service standards and growth.
Key Accountabilities:
Working as part of the Operations team to ensure the smooth delivery of projects and day to day running of the department, assisting primarily with administrative tasks.
Working in/Maintaining our internal operating system (Admin base) to ensure all relevant project information is up to date and correct within the system. Full training will be provided
Data – Entry and maintenance of relevant project databases / spreadsheets.
To work alongside the Sales/Operations team to provide a quality service to clients and help to deliver projects within necessary deadlines and agreed profit margins.
Work with the Sales team to ensure all customer contract information is correct.
To work with Accounts/Sales department on raising payment schedules, Invoices, and Purchase Orders.
To work with the Operations and Technical Manager on scheduling site surveys, material deliveries, installation teams.
To keep in regular communication with clients on lead times and survey/delivery/installation dates.
To liaise with suppliers/manufacturers on making sure all orders are raised correctly answering RFI’s and booking material delivery/installation slots.
Effectively work across multiple projects at the same time and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met
To put together Install/Site packs for subcontracted installer teams.
To raise relevant H&S paperwork when required.
