Project Sales Executive
Full-Time. £32k Basic, Bonus & Pension. OTE £50K
Daylight service the Design & Build sector across the UK with Bespoke Glazing Solutions for their build projects. Working with Developers, Designers, Architects and End Users, we steer our clients through the maze of options that best suit their budget, specification and most importantly, their vision. We source from multiple Aluminium, Timber and PVC fabricators and work with work in partnership with them and their manufacturers to maximise our opportunities with clients and deliver a complete end-to-end service.
Our mission: To make the process of selecting, buying and installing bespoke glazing products as simple as possible for Developers, Architects and Design & Build professionals.
Daylight source, supply and professionally install the widest range of bespoke doors and windows for the design & build sector. With extensive supply chains and industry experience we link manufacturers, fabricators and installers together to provide our clients with the widest range of bespoke glazing products. Responsibility for delivering sales and margin performance across a growing ledger of Design & Build customers, driving new business and support the team to deliver Daylight’s stated objectives.
Good sales skills and commercial acumen coupled with sales experience in the window & door sector, you will need to be comfortable dealing with technical specification and ensure that you operate with accuracy and detail at all times.
You will also need to be able to plan forward, manage your time, influence decision making internally and externally with the supply base to deliver exceptional customer service.
Confident, able to work with others to problem solve and have the drive to succeed, you will be numerate, articulate and demonstrate good decision making based on facts and agreed processes that deliver workable solutions.
This role will report directly to the Sales Project Manager and to will need to work closely with them, the management team and with colleagues if you are to succeed.
